To the extent possible, provide documentation! It is true that in conferences, for example, presenters can be making last touches to their work until the last minute. But even an incomplete draft will give us an idea of what you are going to talk about. Give us names and titles; we cannot guess these, and nothing spells out incompetence like not even knowing the names of the people you're working for.
